All data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL during transit and security codes and notes are encrypted at rest.

We provide a 99.99% uptime commitment for all paying customers. Uptime is the percentage of total possible minutes KeyHub was available during a fiscal quarter (excluding scheduled maintenance). If we fall short of our uptime commitment and your KeyHub and its backup URL are affected, we'll add credit to each affected KeyHub equal to one month's subscription cost.
