With no new hardware required, setting up KeyHub is a breeze.

1. Create your account: First, register here. You will then be sent an email with a link to set your own password and you'll be logged straight in.
2. Create your KeyHub: A KeyHub represents where your keys are stored - most likely a key cabinet and your existing one will do just fine! Give the KeyHub a name, like "Head Office" and set the total number of key hooks.
3. Add your keys: Enter each of your keys into your KeyHub by giving a short name/description and assigning a hook number. You can also save security codes and useful notes.
4. Invite your team: It's not much fun using KeyHub on your own so share your KeyHub with your team. Just enter their email address and choose their permission level and they will be sent an invitation email.

KeyHub Administrator has full control over a KeyHub.

Key Manager has full control over the keys in a KeyHub but cannot invite users to the KeyHub.

Key User is able to check in/out keys but not manage keys or invite users to the KeyHub.

Read only user can only see the keys in a KeyHub but cannot check in/out keys.
: When you are happily using KeyHub every day, the last thing you want is for the KeyHub to be deleted by mistake. To safeguard against this, you need to enable deletion before you will see the option to delete a KeyHub.
: Yes, you can. Having multiple keys on the same hook does not affect the monthly price.
: Absolutely, we integrate with Topaz signature pads and you can also choose to require the user to give a reason when checking out a key.
