KeyHub is hands-down the simplest way to manage your keys.
What is a KeyHub?
A KeyHub represents where your keys are stored. Most probably a key cabinet with some hooks. Just give it a name like "Head Office" and set the total number of key hooks. For example, realtors often have one KeyHub for Sales and another for Lettings in each branch.
Check out keys
Every time a key is taken from the key cabinet, the key is checked out using KeyHub in just a few quick taps.
Reminders automatically sent
Daily email reminders are sent to everyone that has taken keys. The KeyHub Administrator can also choose to receive a daily email listing all checked out keys and who they are with.
Check in keys
When a key is returned to the key cabinet, the person returning the key checks the key back in using the app. This is three taps.
Everything is securely stored & logged
All data is logged securely and every time a key is checked out and returned a log is created with a date and timestamp. All data is backed up in real time and available to you through your own dedicated backup link in case the worst should happen and you lose access to the app.
